Oven Roasted Chestnuts

Cook Time - 20mins
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Using a sharp paring knife, make an X-shaped cut on the round side of each chestnut.
3. Arrange chestnuts on a baking sheet cut side up.
4. Roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven and wrap them in a clean tea towel. Allow them to sit for a few minutes.
6. Pull and snap off the dark shells and remove papery skin between the shell and the chestnut.
7. Serve immediately.
