Fresh Peach Salsa
2 cups peach — pealed and chopped
1 cup red onion — chopped
½ cup red bell pepper — chopped
1/4 cup jalapeno — without seeds and chopped
2 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon cilantro — chopped (optional)
Salt and black pepper — optional
1. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and toss well to combine.
2. Serve immediately or keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
