Product Description Clear, yellow skin when ripe, with sweet, fine-grain textured flesh. Best for snacking, baking, jams and jellies. To ripen, place in a brown paper bag at room temperature (putting an apple in the bag will quicken the process). To check ripeness, put gentle pressure on the top near the stem. If it gives way a bit it is ripe.
