Product Description Pear-shaped fruit with green pebbled skin. Flesh is creamy and mildly flavoured. High in monounsaturated "good" fat and other vitamins and minerals. If firm, ripen 4-5 days at room temperature. If ripe, able to be stored in refrigerator up to 3-5 days. To test ripeness, gently squeeze in the palm of your hand. If it gives to firm-gentle pressure it is ripe and ready to eat. To store leftover avocado, keep pit attached and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
