Product Description Green, medium-sized chili pepper with shiny, smooth skin. Generally milder, flesh is crisp and fresh tasting. Best eaten whole, pickled or used in salsas and sauces but can also be dried and smoked. They register between 2500-8000 Scoville Heat Units.
